Guests turn on notifications with one tap, no app store needed. On iPhone the app explains in three steps how to add it to the home screen, because that is where push works.

Then comes what matters: a reminder ten minutes before a bookmarked session, contact requests and meeting suggestions, one strong conversation suggestion per day and a heads-up when personal session insights are ready. Every message exactly once, on every device.

For announcements you write a broadcast with title, text and a target in the app. It shows up instantly as a banner for everyone with a ticket and also goes out as push to everyone with notifications on.
