Live transcription & timeline
What is said on stage appears in the app a few minutes later, condensed rather than word for word.
The hall audio is cut into three-minute blocks, transcribed and condensed by the AI into one entry: headline, key points, a quote and a still frame from the stream. Anyone who stepped out catches up in seconds.
After the session there is a summary and the full transcript. Personal insights build on it, and your guests' AI assistants quote from it.
The video crew runs one stream all day, and the app decides which session gets the audio. Emergency stop, hiding entries and a test mode sit with the control room. Transcription and AI run in the EU, and the audio is deleted after seven days.
What your guests get

What you get as the organiser
- No video editing: still frames come straight from the stream
- One stream for the whole day, the app maps it to sessions
- Audience members are never named
- Missed sessions can be caught up from a recording
