Admin cockpit & event management

Everything your guests see in the app is maintained by your team, no developers needed.

In the cockpit you create events, design them with colours, font, logo and cover image and publish them when they are ready. Rooms, sessions, speakers, sponsors, panels, info cards and replay links all live in one place.

Attendees arrive by CSV import or one-off activation, and you resolve conflicts row by row. Invitation emails go out from your own template, and exports deliver badge URLs for the print shop and data for matchmaking.

Roles keep things apart: the control room only sees stage direction, event admins only their events, superadmins everything. Several organisers and events run in one system, and a new event can also be set up from a file.
